Naval Academy Band at Annapolis Area Christian School
The Naval Academy Band will present a concert at the Annapolis Area Christian School in Severn, Md. on Thursday, February 9th at 7:00 p.m.
Conducted by Ensign Bruce Mansfield, the band will present a program to include the overture to Giuseppe Verdi's La Forza del Destino, Chester by William Schuman, and King Cotton March by John Philip Sousa. The featured soloist will be Musician First Class Zachary Hollister, performing Rhapsody for Bass Trombone by Stephen Bulla.
This concert is free and open to the public with no tickets required. Annapolis Area Christian School is located at 109 Burns Crossing Road in Severn, Md. Last day of School 2012 - Friday, June 8, 2012
Mini camp #1 - June 18, 19, 20 (2012) from 8-4 at high school (more details to follow)
Mini Camp #2 - August 7,8,9,10 - (2012) from 8-4 at high school (more details to follow)
(Note: Revised Dates) Band Camp- August 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 - (2012) at West River (providing there are no unforeseen difficulties). Band Camp begins on Saturday the 11th at 8 am.
Orientation- Friday, August 17, 2012 - School Picnic
